Connecting your first integration

How to connect a platform and what happens next.

Every platform you connect is a new layer of data for us to analyse, cross-reference, and interpret. You don’t need to connect them all at once — one is enough to open a first reading of your business, and you can expand when it makes sense.

Where to start

Choose your first integration based on what makes most sense for your business:

  • Have a website?Google Analytics first. The richest source, cross-references with almost everything else.
  • Live on social?Instagram first. Immediate, shows value from day 1.
  • Local business?Google Business Profile first. Shows how Google presents you on Maps.
  • Run ads?Google Ads or Facebook Ads first. See the return on what you’re spending.

You can connect more over time — the more you connect, the more complete the reading of your business.

The process: 30 seconds

  1. In the portal, open Integrations
  2. Click the platform you want to connect
  3. Log in to the platform (Google, Meta, etc.) — your normal login
  4. Confirm the permissions
  5. Choose the account to connect (if you have more than one)
  6. Done. We start syncing.

No data goes to Raveki without your authorisation.

”Read-only”: what that means

All our integrations use read-only access. Concretely:

  • We don’t change campaigns, settings, posts, or anything on your platforms
  • We don’t create ads, posts, or content on your behalf
  • We don’t share your data with third parties
  • We don’t train AI models with your data

You can revoke access at any time, either in the source platform’s settings or directly in the Raveki portal.

What happens next

  • First seconds: We start pulling your history — up to 13 months, depending on the platform.
  • First hour: We start analysing your data. The first patterns emerge.
  • First 7 days: The reading of your business stabilises.
  • Always: We sync automatically multiple times a day.

If something goes wrong

  • Couldn’t connect: Check that the account you chose has admin/owner permissions on the source platform.
  • Missing data: Some accounts have little history, and some platforms take hours to return data.
  • Persistent error: Email us at hello@raveki.com and our support team will help. We reply as soon as we can.
