How long is my trial and what happens when it ends?
How long your trial lasts, the reminders you'll get before it ends, and what you need to do to keep using your account afterward.
By default, the trial lasts 7 days from the moment you create your account. If you signed up through a special offer, the length may be different — you can always see the exact end date inside your Portal, under Settings.
No card needed to start
We don’t ask for any payment method to start the trial. It’s only requested once you decide to continue after it ends.
You’ll be warned before it ends
You’ll get email reminders in the last few days of the trial, so you have time to decide without rushing — it’s not something that ends without warning.
What happens when it ends
When the trial ends, you’ll need to add a payment method to keep using your account. Without that, access to your Workspace pauses until you do — your data isn’t deleted, you just can’t view it while that’s unresolved.
