1. Identification and Acceptance
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Raveki platform (the "Service"), provided by Scrutaris Ventures, Unipessoal Lda, a Portuguese single-member private limited company ("sociedade unipessoal por quotas"), with registered office at Rua da Prata 80, 1100-415 Lisbon, Portugal, registered with the Lisbon Commercial Registry Office ("Conservatória do Registo Comercial de Lisboa") under sole registration and tax number (NIPC) 519605934, with a share capital of €1,000 ("Raveki", "we").
By creating an Account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- User — the individual or entity that creates and uses an Account to access the Service.
- Account — the individual registration created by a User to access the Service.
- Workspace — the workspace within an Account where Integrations and a business’s data are organized.
- Integration — the OAuth connection to a third-party platform (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta) authorized by the User.
- Signal — a notification automatically generated by the Service from an Integration’s data.
3. Description of the Service
Raveki connects, with the User’s authorization, to third-party marketing and business platforms, and processes the data available there to generate signals, comparisons, and plain-language summaries. Raveki’s access to those platforms is always strictly read-only — Raveki never changes, deletes, publishes, or performs any action within them on the User’s behalf (see section 7).
The Service is provided "as is" and may evolve, including the addition, modification, or removal of features, integrations, or plans, at any time.
4. Registration and Account
Using the Service requires creating an Account with a valid email address. The User is responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through their Account. The User must have the legal capacity to contract and, where applicable, to act on behalf of a business.
5. Subscription, Trial Period, and Payment
The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis, with an initial 7-day free trial period, unless a different length is shown at signup or through a specific offer the User signed up through. No payment method is required to start the trial.
Once the trial ends, access to the Workspace pauses until the User adds a valid payment method. The applicable price is the one shown on the subscription page at the time of purchase, plus VAT at the applicable statutory rate where due. The invoice is issued in accordance with applicable law and made available in the Raveki customer area. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider (Stripe) — Raveki does not store the User’s card details.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand. The User may cancel at any time inside the Portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, without a pro-rated refund of the current period, except as provided in the following clause.
6. Right of Withdrawal
If the User is contracting the Service as a consumer within the European Union, they have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of subscribing, without giving any reason, under applicable law. By starting to use the Service during that period (for example, by connecting an Integration), the User expressly acknowledges and agrees that they are requesting the service to begin before the 14-day period ends, and that this right of withdrawal lapses once the Service has been fully performed.
7. Third-Party Integrations and Data Access
Raveki’s access to the User’s connected platforms is always read-only — Raveki never changes settings, publishes content, deletes information, or performs any action on the User’s behalf within those platforms. The User may revoke access for any Integration at any time, either inside the Portal or directly in the relevant third-party platform’s security settings.
Where an Integration is made through the Google API, Raveki’s use and transfer of information received through it adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements: that information is used solely to provide and improve the Service’s user-facing features, never for advertising purposes, and never to train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Where an Integration is made through the Meta API, use of the data received likewise adheres to Meta’s applicable platform terms and policies.
How data obtained through Integrations is handled, stored, and eventually deleted is described in detail in our Privacy Policy.
8. Acceptable Use
By using the Service, the User agrees not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful or unauthorized purposes;
- Attempt to access Accounts, Workspaces, or data that do not belong to them;
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the Service’s source code;
- Overload or interfere with the Service’s infrastructure, including through abusive automation;
- Resell, sublicense, or make the Service available to third parties without prior written authorization.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software, design, brand, and content, is owned by Raveki or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. The User is granted no rights to the Service beyond the limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it under these Terms. Data the User connects through their Integrations remains theirs.
10. Cancellation, Suspension, and Account Deletion
The User may delete their Account at any time inside the Portal. Raveki may suspend or terminate access for an Account that violates these Terms, with prior notice whenever reasonably possible. After Account deletion, associated data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy, except where retention is required by law (namely tax and accounting records).
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raveki does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the signals generated will always be accurate or complete — they are a decision-support tool, not professional, financial, or business advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Raveki’s total liability to the User, for any cause related to the Service, is limited to the amount the User paid Raveki in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability. Raveki is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss resulting from third-party platforms.
13. Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify Raveki against any third-party claims arising from their use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes to These Terms
Raveki may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to the User with reasonable advance notice, by email or through the Portal. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply.
If the User is contracting the Service as a consumer, they may resort to an alternative consumer dispute resolution entity, a list of which is available at consumidor.gov.pt, as well as to the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
